Paige VanZant and BKFC Agree to Multi-Fight Deal


Philadelphia, PA (August 13, 2020) Paige VanZant has signed an exclusive promotional contract

with Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC), the world’s fastest growing sport, it was

announced today by Dave Feldman, the company’s President.

“This is a massive move for BKFC to sign Paige,” said Feldman. “She’s long been one of the most

popular fighters in combat sports and her striking abilities will ensure our fans will see the very

best of her in the ‘squared circle.’ We’re thrilled to get started working with her and her

manager Malki Kawa from First Round Management on taking her career to the next level.”

Details on VanZant’s first BKFC bout will be announced shortly.

Said the 26-year-old VanZant, “I’m extremely excited about this opportunity to join BKFC. It’s a

very big move for me in a terrific organization that is growing quickly. Striking has always been

my passion and BKFC will give me a chance to truly show that off. I’m not just a pretty face and

am excited to be in a more aggressive sport and grow with BKFC.”

VanZant competed in the UFC starting in August 2014 and was one of the company’s biggest

stars competing in the strawweight and flyweight divisions. She also competed on Season 22 of

the acclaimed ‘Dancing with the Stars’ series in 2016, finishing in second place partnering with

professional dancer Mark Ballas.
